The Jobs Online Group Ltd owns and operates AccountantJobs.ie, SalesJobs.ie, ComputerJobs.ie and AdminJobs.ie. By access to and use on any one of these website users accept the provisions of this terms and conditions agreement.

The terms and conditions also apply to the use and application of all features associated with the site, including Job Searches, Job Alerts, CV Upload, Hot Jobs, CV Searching, Candidate and Company Profiles, Email Application forms etc. The terms of use apply to third party areas such as the User Control Panel, or any such areas as users are given access to.

Terms & Conditions

  1. For the purpose of these conditions the expression "user" shall mean all website account holders whether they be 'Employer' or 'Candidate'
  2. As a user you must agree to use the site and it's facilities on it for your intended purposes and at all times act in good faith.
  3. Jobs Online Group Ltd requires you to generate a password-activated account on your preferred niche site AccountantJobs.ie. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of same password. Jobs Online Group Ltd are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an unauthorized person using your password on your account either with or without your knowledge.
  4. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd owns content, graphics, text brands and trademarks or it's suppliers and customers, and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited licence solely for your own personal use. Any use of the content and materials on this site for reproduction, commercially without the permission of JobsOnlineGroup Ltd is strictly prohibited.
  5. Without prejudice or limitation to the foregoing you agree to utilise any of our incorporated websites according to the following prohibitive uses
    • No obscene or blasphemous postings
    • Postings of erroneous or untrue information
    • Promoting illegal activities
    • No infringement of copyright, trademark of any other person
    • Uploading, posting any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, Junk Mail or Spam
    • Altering or erasing any material posted other than your own account.
    • To post any file that may contain a virus or software damaging submission which could in any way be harmful to the SalesJobs website.
  6. JobsOnlineGroup.ie provides to the user many links to 3rd party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content of those sites as these links are provided as a convenience to the user only, and not as a representation of AccountantJobs.ie endorsement. The views and opinions of authors expressed herein do not necessarily state or reflect those of AccountantJobs. ie
  7. JobsOnlineGroup.ie reserve the right to remove any materials or postings that are deemed in conflict with our terms and conditions or that may create liability for AccountantJobs.ie
  8. By use of this site you acknowledge that AccountantJobs.ie acts only as a platform for the referral of information between its users the 'Candidate' and the 'Employer' and is not in any way responsible for any of the jobs or candidates described on this site. We shall not be held to the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CVs posted, the truth or accuracy of listings.
  9. The user acknowledges that it is solely responsible for the accuracy of their postings or job form and that AccountantJobs.ie is not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, damage or liability arising out of the users errors.
  10. All fees shall be payable by the client to JobsOnlineGroup within 30 days following commencement of the period and are non-refundable
  11. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree to our pricing structure (Applies to employers only. Job seekers use of site is free of charge)
  12. All single slot advertising fees are payable in full in advance. Payment is due irrespective of the duration for which the advertisement remains live and irrespective also of the suitability or number of replies received. Advertisements are placed for 60 day periods or multiples thereof, and should be visible to job seekers and candidates 24/7 for this period. While every effort will be made to ensure that advertised positions are visible to site visitors at all times, JobsOnlineGroup Ltd – AccountantJobs.ie cannot accept liability for any periods during which the site may be unavailable, whether for technical or maintenance reasons, or other factors outside our control.
  13. Where a client removes an advertisement prior to the expiry date for that position or advertising package, no refund is payable to the client for any unused time, and the client will be invoiced for the full period including unused time at the appropriate rate. Where a Job advertisement is removed prior to the expiry date for the Job Pack purchased, an alternative position may be substituted at no extra charge, and this position will be visible up to the original expiry date.

    Cancellations on annual contracts.  Should a client no longer require the service of an annual contract and wish to cancel the service, the JobsOnlineGroup must receive 60 days notice of the service no longer being required. Cancellations on annual accounts are only accepted on accounts exceeding a 90 day service plus the required 60 days notice service term. Refunds are given at the discretion of company management.

  14. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all advertisements are accurate and legal and do not discriminate on the grounds of sex, race, religion, age, disability, and that all advertisements comply with all relevant Irish national and EC regulations in relation to same. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the client as a result omission, or failure to comply with the relevant regulations. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd reserves the sole right to remove any advertisements without prior notice, which it considers breaches or may breach these regulations.
  15. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd reserves the right to suspend service without notice in the event of a client account remaining unpaid.
  16. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd does not at any time guarantee or warranty the quality or number of CV's that may be viewable on the site using the CV Views package, or replies that may be received by the advertiser as a result of placing an advertisement on any one of the JobsOnlineGroup websites.
  17. Obligations Of Recruitment Agencies.
    Recruitment Agencies undertake as follows. To use CV obtained through any one of the JobsOnlineGroup websites for the sole purpose of endeavouring to locate suitable employment on their behalf. Not to pass candidate details to third parties without the candidate's permission. To obtain the express consent of candidates prior to submitting his or her CV to any potential employer.
  18. Security
    While every effort is made by JobsOnlineGroup Ltd to ensure integrity and security, JobsOnlineGroup Ltd makes no warranty in relation to security, content, computer viruses, or malicious programs, or that the site will operate without interruption or error free. JobsOnlineGroup Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damage, however caused, as a result of any breaches of security. This exclusion also applies to CV or data submitted on diskette, email or otherwise to agencies and potential employers by candidates.
  19. The laws of Ireland govern this agreement.
