The Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) is Ireland 's premier provider of Payroll Training, PAYE Training, PRSI Training, VAT Training qualifications and consultancy services and is the only representative body for payroll professionals in Ireland. IPASS also provides educational seminars, an annual Payroll conference, a membership body, representation to Government Departments and to employers and both products and services to help members and students to enhance payroll operations, to meet new legislative requirements and to address changes in the workplace.
